Top load design handlebar stem, as used on many complete bikes in the 80's.

Black or silver anodised alloy top with chrome bolts.

Chrome steel shaft.

21.1mm diameter for most 1" threaded old school BMX forks.

Can be supplied with a hollow "Potts" bolt for freestyle use (extra), please ask.
