We try to be as flexible with our delivery options as possible. Once you've finished shopping and you've picked all the items you need, simply click on the shopping basket link and view the delivery options available to you. Once you've decided how you would like your items delivered, you can proceed to checkout. If you change your mind though, you can always call us and upgrade your shipping.
Key delivery information
- Standard Delivery Service - £3.99 on all orders up to £150.00 for Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 working day service), Tracked 24 and UPS also available at checkout, over £150.00 is FREE UPS Service for UK Mainland customers (Excludes Bikes)
- Bike Delivery - Bikes are sent via UPS for 20 Inch or smaller and Parcelforce 48Large (2 day service) for bikes 24 inch or larger
- Premium Delivery Service - Multiple options available at the checkout-create your basket, and take a look what's on offer!
- All orders received before 1pm (1pm for bicycles) are packed and dispatched the same working day. This excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays.
- On occasion goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control.
- Saturday deliveries are available for extra via Parcelforce or UPS, you can select this at checkout, please contact us with any questions.
- Larger bikes 24 inch wheel or over are sent using Parcelforce 48 Large due to size, we are unable to send as next day on these items and usually take 2 days to arrive from dispatch.
- ALL BIKES are flatpacked and require assembly once delivered by a professional mechanic for any warranty to be valid
Delivery Address
Delivery address must be the same as on the card statement. If you need it sending to a different address we suggest you use PAYPAL as your payment method, you can use it as a guest without creating an account.
Special Order Items
Some of our items are Special Order. This means that we do not have it in stock but our supplier should have it. You can see the live stock on the product page, if it allows you to add it to the cart then we are confident we can get it for you. Purchasing an item that is Special Order will DELAY the dispatch of your entire order. We will notify you via email if it is unavailable and where possible offer an alternative. Please check your emails and your junk folder.

- All orders over £150 are subject to FREE NEXT DAY carriage (Exlcuding Bikes). Orders under £150 are subject to charge of £3.99 for Tracked 48 via Royal Mail minimum
Royal Mail Delivery Terms and Conditions:
3.3.1 Non Account Tracked 24 and Non Account Tracked 24 with Signature, we will aim but do not guarantee to deliver your Item within 1 Working Day
3.3.2 Non Account Tracked 48 and Non Account Tracked 48 with Signature, we will aim but do not guarantee to deliver your Item within 2 - 3 Working Days
Delays can occur from couriers and are out of our hands, AlansBMX do not accept responsibility for delays caused by Royal Mail or Couriers and your items will be delivered at the next possible chance they can be.
We use UPS for orders over 2kg and ParcelForce 24 & 48 for bike boxes. Larger bikes that are 24 inch wheels or larger are sent Parcelforce 48 Large and take two days to arrive. We multiple different couriers for overseas shipping.
* Days means Working Days - Saturdays and Sundays are not included. Any order placed after close of business on Friday will be processed on Monday.
Overseas and European Orders
Free shipping on orders over €300 to France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg applied automatically at checkout.
If we require extra postage from you we will contact you with an exact quote for your order once it is packed, weighed and measured. Items that are odd shaped like handlebars may incur an additional charge.
We use a range of courier to ship internationally depending on the price and time of delivery. If there is a specific courier you want us to use from our available list please enquire and we will do our best.
DUE TO BREXIT YOU WILL BE CHARGED IMPORT TAX AND DUTY ON IMPORT INTO YOUR COUNTRY
AlansBMX will not be responsible for any Import Tax, Duty or Costs incurred for the item to arrive in your country. These are the responsibility of the buyer. We ship Delivered Duty Unpaid which means AlansBMX is not liable for any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees. Please check with your local authority on what charges you may incur.
