Where is my order?
When an order is dispatched you will receive an email confirming the Fulfilment of your order along with a tracking number. You can track your item. Please make sure you add email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org to your whitelist in your emails to ensure you receiving updates via email. Some email accounts from hotmail and gmail will put our email into the Spam folder by mistake
If you opted for Standard 2.99 Shipping your order was sent using Royal Mail 48 Tracked Service. This is NOT an end to end tracking service, however it does confirm delivery of an item and location of delivery. THIS IS ONLY UPDATED ONCE A DELIVERY IS ATTEMPTED. If no delivery has been attempted then Royal Mail has not tried to deliver it yet. Please be patient as the 48 service is quoted for 3-5 working days however sometimes delays can occur and it can be up to 10 working days.

How do I return something?
Returns method is printed on your invoice inside your package. We accept returns up to 30 days after dispatch. Any items you are returning must be as we sent it to yourself. All packaging must be with the item and sent safely back to us to prevent damage. Any damage of goods before it is received by us is the customers responsibility and will be charge accordingly. You MUST email firstname.lastname@example.org with your Invoice number (Top right of your invoice starts with INV) and get a returns number BEFORE sending back items. There are instructions on the bottom of your invoice with the steps to take to make a return.

I am missing an item in my order
Please check all corners of the box, sometimes we will put stuff inside another box inside the box its posted in to prevent damage of parts moving around, or we may wrap it in a lot of bubble wrap. All orders are checked to ensure all items are inside the box or packet before sealing. In occasions there is a lot of free space inside the packet we may use extra bubble wrap, foam or paper to fill the gaps and parts can get lost in these. Note : Your credit card statement will show your transaction as ALANS (WIGAN) LTD.
Delivery address must be the same as on the card statement.
Customers will be notified by e-mail if it is anticipated that delivery will take longer than the stated time. If goods are not available for immediate dispatch you will be asked via email if you wish to proceed.
All products on alansbmx.com are priced in GB Pounds Sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate, we are not responsible for currency conversion, your bank will be able to offer a current exchange rate or PayPal gives you the conversion at checkout.

Please note that oldschool BMX parts have to be ordered beforehand, as not all this stock is at one location. Either telephone us first or place an order via the website using collect in store so we can prepare this before hand.
