We've done a few of these over the years, but this is the highest-spec yet with the genuine Redline Flight Cranks and of course the new Pro Class style rims.
We started out with an original 1980's looptail Mongoose Californian frame and fork with the correct Pro Class style bars. These were all stripped and powder coated gloss white (by our friends at King Industry, Westhoughton) and we had the stem and power disc done at the same time. Stephen at Esemdesign custom made the stickers for us. We managed to save the orignal headtube badge and reuse it.
As mentioned we'd just taken delivery of the new Holy Moly 20" rims from Ironhead, so we ere excite dto build these up until a wheelset; we used the Suzue style large flange hub that we sell and Halo stainless spokes, all silver we thought these came out really nice (we do sell these wheelsets ready built as well now).
