Merritt is a super-legit rider-owned East Coast BMX brand out of New Jersey, founded in 2012 by former Animal Bikes designer Sean Curran and Pro rider Mike Brennan. Their hand-picked roster of riders are some of the best in the game including Billy Perry, Tyler Fernaegel, Brandon Begin, Brian Foster, Dan Kruk, Justin Care and Chijioke Okafo. Whew, that’s some heavy hitters right there. Merritt produces the high quality rider-designed parts, pretty much everything right now except frames, which is catered for by their new sister-brand, Rixin.
