Designed with valuable feedback from the legend himself, the Sam Hill Lite signature elbow pad builds off of our popular Transition elbow pad to be the ultimate ultra-lightweight elbow pad for all types of riding or racing. Light enough to be worn all day long. The Sam Hill Lite elbow pads mold with body heat to provide maximum comfort with a breathable sleeve to wick moisture away from the skin.

At just 6mm the Sam Hill Lite Pads are the thinnest CE EN 1621-1:2012 certified pads on the market.
Ideal for trail riding or wearing under your jersey the Sam Hill Lites offer comfortable, breathable protection in a super-light package.
COMPRESSION FIT
Designed to keep weight down the compression fit, the slip-on design fits higher on the bicep than most pads. An internal silicone strip keeps the pads from slipping down.
BREATHABLE SOCK
Compression square line Ripstop Spandex fabric allows for a durable lightweight feel along with great airflow.

What are the delivery times?
We offer multiple shipping options for UK customers including Royal Mail Tracked 48/24 services, UPS Next Day and UPS Saturday delivery. You can find these at checkout.
For international customers shipping times may vary depending on location and the size of your order. You can get shipping prices at checkout automatically after adding your shipping address and local UK VAT is removed from your order. Do the bikes arrive pre-built or will they need to be assembled?
Bikes arrive in a flatpack state and require the Handlebars, Seat, Pedals, Accessories and adjustment by a qualified cycle mechanic for the warranty to be valid. We do offer our Ready2Ride service where we build the bike here at the shop from our mechanics, adjust everything and keep your warranty intact, all you need to do is turn the bars straight and attach the pedals and you are ready to shred! There is an additional cost due to the oversize box and you can find this as an option on the product page or contact us.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship worldwide and offer free shipping to Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg on orders over 300 Euro.

We remove our local UK VAT but you will need to pay import fees at the border of your country. Unfortunately AlansBMX cannot calculate these import fees as they are specific to your country. For USA customers orders under $800USD are tax free.
