Seats and grips are one of the first things that need replacing and they can't typically be "restored". We've bundled together this handy old school grip and seat combo for you with the classic A'ME Tri grips and matching VELO Aero seat in black, blue, red, yellow or white.
A'ME BMX Tri Grips
A'ME Tri: the grip of choice for our Robinson and Torker UK race team back in the 80’s, the A’ME Tri grip is now available again, made in USA just like it always was and hands down is one of the best BMX grips ever made.
Mounted Diameter – 1.18 in (30 mm).
End-to-End Length – 4.92 in (125 mm).
Hand Area Length – 4.29 in (109 mm).
Raised triangle tread.
Oversized flange and large end cap.
Vulcathane™ compound.
Made in USA.
Velo VL-117 Seat
Velo VL-117 Kashimax-style Old School "Aero" BMX Seat as used by most bikes from the last 70's right into the 90's with silver plated seat guts included. You might remember these were sold by SE with the Lightning Bolt print on the side.
Steel Rails in chrome.
Silver seat guts pre-fitted.
Black, blue, red, white or yellow.
Length 260mm, width at back 140mm.

What are the delivery times?
We offer multiple shipping options for UK customers including Royal Mail Tracked 48/24 services, UPS Next Day and UPS Saturday delivery. You can find these at checkout.
For international customers shipping times may vary depending on location and the size of your order. You can get shipping prices at checkout automatically after adding your shipping address and local UK VAT is removed from your order. Do the bikes arrive pre-built or will they need to be assembled?
Bikes arrive in a flatpack state and require the Handlebars, Seat, Pedals, Accessories and adjustment by a qualified cycle mechanic for the warranty to be valid. We do offer our Ready2Ride service where we build the bike here at the shop from our mechanics, adjust everything and keep your warranty intact, all you need to do is turn the bars straight and attach the pedals and you are ready to shred! There is an additional cost due to the oversize box and you can find this as an option on the product page or contact us.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship worldwide and offer free shipping to Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg on orders over 300 Euro.

We remove our local UK VAT but you will need to pay import fees at the border of your country. Unfortunately AlansBMX cannot calculate these import fees as they are specific to your country. For USA customers orders under $800USD are tax free.
Do you offer finance?
We offer finance options at checkout for our UK customers from multiple providers, At this time we cannot offer finance to international customers.
