Mips ®
The Mips® Essential Core system is an injection-molded plastic, low-friction layer placed between the helmet’s comfort padding and its energy-absorbing liner. This permits the layers to move relative to each other, helping to reduce rotational motion to the head in certain angled impacts.
When a helmet is impacted at an angle, it can cause the head to rotate suddenly and violently. This is a common source of concussions and brain injury.
The Mips® Essential Core system is designed to provide movement inside the helmet to help reduce the rotational motion to the head in certain angled impacts, thereby lowering the risk of such injuries. The system is a simple and robust addition to any helmet – an essential element of helmet safety.

How to Measure Your Head
Wrap a soft measuring tape around your head, keeping it level from front to back. Note the measurement and use the size charts as a guide. Note: Make sure the helmet fits snuggly, but not uncomfortably so, and sits low enough to protect the forehead without hindering your vision. Once you've got the right size, you can adjust the fit.

What are the delivery times?
We offer multiple shipping options for UK customers including Royal Mail Tracked 48/24 services, APC Overnite and Saturday delivery. You can find these at checkout.
For international customers shipping times may vary depending on location and the size of your order but are usually 2-5 working days worldwide. Do the bikes arrive pre-built or will they need to be assembled?
Bikes arrive in a flatpack state and require the Handlebars, Seat, Pedals, Accessories and adjustment by a qualified cycle mechanic for the warranty to be valid. We do offer our Ready2Ride service where we build the bike here at the shop from our mechanics, adjust everything and keep your warranty intact, all you need to do is turn the bars straight and attach the pedals and you are ready to shred! There is an additional cost due to the oversize box and you can find this as an option on the product page for bikes 20 inch or smaller or contact us.
