ELF was built out of Love, The Love between a Father and a Son. That love is what carries ELF BMX Products to the next generation. The photos on our page show the humble beginnings in the garage of Kenny's childhood home, the shops that his dad "Ken" had over the years and the shop that is on our property now. We have photos of Kenny riding the first ELF products and photos of he and his dad through the years. Kenny has taken a legacy that was passed to him and is passing it down to the next generation. It is the Legacy of Ken Pendergraft that keeps the dream alive and will always be the diving force in making the best product on the market.

What are the delivery times?
We offer multiple shipping options for UK customers including Royal Mail Tracked 48/24 services, UPS Next Day and UPS Saturday delivery. You can find these at checkout.
For international customers shipping times may vary depending on location and the size of your order. You can get shipping prices at checkout automatically after adding your shipping address and local UK VAT is removed from your order. Do the bikes arrive pre-built or will they need to be assembled?
Bikes arrive in a flatpack state and require the Handlebars, Seat, Pedals, Accessories and adjustment by a qualified cycle mechanic for the warranty to be valid. We do offer our Ready2Ride service where we build the bike here at the shop from our mechanics, adjust everything and keep your warranty intact, all you need to do is turn the bars straight and attach the pedals and you are ready to shred! There is an additional cost due to the oversize box and you can find this as an option on the product page or contact us.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship worldwide and offer free shipping to Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg on orders over 300 Euro.

We remove our local UK VAT but you will need to pay import fees at the border of your country. Unfortunately AlansBMX cannot calculate these import fees as they are specific to your country. For USA customers orders under $800USD are tax free.
Do you offer finance?
We offer finance options at checkout for our UK customers from multiple providers, At this time we cannot offer finance to international customers.
