The Gravitas has been specially designed and tested for the demanding conditions of the Downhill world cup circuit and the most extreme Enduro races in the series. Aiming to provide riders with the confidence to tackle any challenging descent.
A unique design feature of the Gravitas is the honed 27.5mm internal width (33mm external). This width allows for larger sidewall support for the tyres, which is beneficial for maintaining stability and preventing tyre roll during aggressive riding. Despite a reasonably wide internal width, the Gravitas has been designed to remain narrow enough to minimise unnecessary collisions with rocks and other obstacles on the trail.
Utilising an asymmetric design that has been tried and tested to deliver optimal performance. This design approach allows for a wheel package that excels in descents while minimising unnecessary bulk in areas where it is not needed. To address the differences in wall length and strength resulting from the asymmetric design, the wall thicknesses of the Gravitas wheels have been proportioned accordingly. This ensures that impact forces are balanced out equally, contributing to the overall durability and performance of the wheels.
The Gravitas offers an incredible package for a 575g rim (27.5”), without compromising on strength and durability. They have been specially engineered to excel on the roughest terrain, providing riders with the confidence to tackle anything in their way.

What are the delivery times?
We offer multiple shipping options for UK customers including Royal Mail Tracked 48/24 services, UPS Next Day and UPS Saturday delivery. You can find these at checkout.
For international customers shipping times may vary depending on location and the size of your order. Do the bikes arrive pre-built or will they need to be assembled?
Bikes arrive in a flatpack state and require the Handlebars, Seat, Pedals, Accessories and adjustment by a qualified cycle mechanic for the warranty to be valid. We do offer our Ready2Ride service where we build the bike here at the shop from our mechanics, adjust everything and keep your warranty intact, all you need to do is turn the bars straight and attach the pedals and you are ready to shred! There is an additional cost due to the oversize box and you can find this as an option on the product page or contact us.
