Hutch Integrated Headset Chrome
Hutch Integrated Headset Chrome
ETA February 2025.
The combination of Hutch and John Buultjens was never going to produce a "good enough" Hutch bike. John, of course, designed the whole Haro Lineage line over the last 10 or so years, setting a whole new industry standard, so you know that every detail on these will be PERFECT.
A really clever part this, Hutch have taken the industry-standard 1 1/8" integrated headset and added a tall cap to replicate the look of the original 2-in1 headlock from yesteryear. Chrome plated.
1 1/8" threadless headset can be used with Hutch or any other modern BMX frames that use 1-1/8" threadless technology. Includes a chrome-plated top cover in the style of the original Hutch 2n1 headlocks, which also provides a 1" rise. When the 5 components of frame + fork + headset + stem + compression bolt are all Hutch brand, this provides a perfect stack height which will require that no shims or spacers be required. If you use components from any other brands for that group of parts, the stack height may change and shims or spacers may be required. This is because there are no specific industry standards for steerer tube length, head tube height, headset cap height, or stem thickness. If you want the perfect setup, use all Hutch components for that group of parts!
NOTE: Not compatible with the 2022/2023 TRICK STAR or NATIONAL PRO

Do the bikes arrive pre-built or will they need to be assembled?
Bikes arrive in a flatpack state and require the Handlebars, Seat, Pedals, Accessories and adjustment by a qualified cycle mechanic for the warranty to be valid. We do offer our Ready2Ride service where we build the bike here at the shop from our mechanics, adjust everything and keep your warranty intact, all you need to do is turn the bars straight and attach the pedals and you are ready to shred! There is an additional cost due to the oversize box and you can find this as an option on the product page or contact us.
