Mirage Old School High Flange BMX Wheelset
Finally we are able to offer a complete old school style pair of wheels as an alternative to Skyway Tuffs for those that prefer to use an alloy spoked wheel for their builds. These wheels are hand-laced right here in Wigan by our mechanic Adam.
Hubs
SunTour/Suzue style large flange hubs. 3/8" (10mm) axle front and rear. Rear is sealed, front looseball. Accepts a threaded freewheel (16T or larger). 36H. Red, Blue, Gold, Black or Silver.
Rims
Oxford alloy rim. Single walled, 36H. Silver or Black.
Spokes
Halo stainless steel spokes. We use silver spokes but if you want black we can do this (no extra), please allow an extra couple of days for build.
Halo brass nipples, again we use silver but if you prefer black (no extra), see above. If you want coloured alloy nipples just add to your basket as an extra and we'll crack on and build these for you. We have checked and NONE of the stock we have match PERFECTLY but the Primo nipples are the closest.

What are the delivery times?
We offer multiple shipping options for UK customers including Royal Mail Tracked 48/24 services, UPS Next Day and UPS Saturday delivery. You can find these at checkout.
For international customers shipping times may vary depending on location and the size of your order. You can get shipping prices at checkout automatically after adding your shipping address and local UK VAT is removed from your order. Do the bikes arrive pre-built or will they need to be assembled?
Bikes arrive in a flatpack state and require the Handlebars, Seat, Pedals, Accessories and adjustment by a qualified cycle mechanic for the warranty to be valid. We do offer our Ready2Ride service where we build the bike here at the shop from our mechanics, adjust everything and keep your warranty intact, all you need to do is turn the bars straight and attach the pedals and you are ready to shred! There is an additional cost due to the oversize box and you can find this as an option on the product page or contact us.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship worldwide and offer free shipping to Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg on orders over 300 Euro.

We remove our local UK VAT but you will need to pay import fees at the border of your country. Unfortunately AlansBMX cannot calculate these import fees as they are specific to your country. For USA customers orders under $800USD are tax free.
Do you offer finance?
We offer finance options at checkout for our UK customers from multiple providers, At this time we cannot offer finance to international customers.
