• If your driver is tight on your profile hub then this washer will fix your issue. It spaces the driver out from the bearing in the hubshell giving it space to spin properly. There are complete instructions on that in the tech section of the Profile website.
•Goes inbetween the Driver and hubshell, requires dissaembly, fits all profile rear hubs.
• Hub Shims are thin and usually require only one to be installed.
• Price is for ONE shim.

What are the delivery times?

Do the bikes arrive pre-built or will they need to be assembled?
Bikes arrive in a flatpack state and require the Handlebars, Seat, Pedals, Accessories and adjustment by a qualified cycle mechanic for the warranty to be valid. We do offer our Ready2Ride service where we build the bike here at the shop from our mechanics, adjust everything and keep your warranty intact, all you need to do is turn the bars straight and attach the pedals and you are ready to shred! There is an additional cost due to the oversize box and you can find this as an option on the product page for bikes 20 inch or smaller or contact us.
