THE STANDARD, RESET — THE 2026 SUPERCROSS ENVY RS7
DOUBLE HEAT-TREATED 6069-T4/T6 ALUMINIUM
The 6069 alloy family responds to the full T-6 process — solution heat treatment, liquid quench, artificial aging — which restores maximum strength right through the weld zones after the frame is built. 7005 can’t do that. The 6069 recipe also runs Vanadium as a grain refiner, which makes the metal stronger, tougher, and more workable at the same time. Higher yield. Longer fatigue life. Safer failure mode when things go sideways.
T47 BOTTOM BRACKET ON PRO AND LARGER SIZES
T47 bottom bracket on Pro and larger sizes. The same T47 setup we run on the Vision F1 and Vision F1x carbon flagships. Larger bearing surface, full thread engagement, no creak. Every watt of your gate start goes to the rear wheel.
REMOVABLE V-BRAKE MOUNTS PLUS A WELDED-ON DISC TAB. EVERY SIZE, MICRO THROUGH PRO XXL 24
Run a V-brake. Run a disc. Switch when you want. Disc tab is welded in. V-brake mounts bolt on and off. Traditional axle and chain tensioner stay where they belong — the way most BMXers still want them set up.
SAME WORLD-CHAMPIONSHIP-WINNING GEOMETRY
The geometry that has put riders on the top step at every level is unchanged. The metal got better. The fit stays the same.
LAUNCH COLOURS
The 2026 RS7 launches in six colours:
Jet Black · Gloss White · Hi Vis Yellow · Metallic Grey · Metallic Teal · Sparkle Pink
Heads up: Photos for Sparkle Pink and Jet Black are coming — physical samples land any day. Both colourways are confirmed for the launch and you can reserve yours below. We’ll drop the photos in the moment we have them.
Here’s the lab data on the alloys, side by side:

Highlighted rows = Pro and larger sizes shipping with the new T47 bottom bracket. Every size, Micro through Pro XXL 24, ships with removable V-brake mounts and a welded-on disc tab as standard. * Specifications will vary depending on your choice of fork, tire, and rim. Measurements are based on a Supercross fork and an equal front/rear tire combination (e.g. 20x1.75 front and rear). Specifications subject to change without notice. A note on the Mini 24: The Mini 24 runs slightly slacker seat and head tube angles than the Junior 24 on purpose. With a short top tube paired to a 24-inch front wheel, those angles give a child’s foot proper clearance from the front wheel when the bars are turned. It’s a small detail that makes a real difference for the kid riding it. All weights are measured on a UPS-calibrated scale. Weights vary depending on the amount of powdercoat applied and the amount of filler rod used on a specific frame. Polished and anodized frames are the lightest because there is no paint. Weights and specifications are subject to change without notice.
