The D4 Carbon helmet is the latest in the legendary Troy Lee Designs Daytona series. The D4 Carbon builds on the success of the best full face helmets ever to be the most advanced downhill, freeride, and BMX helmet going. It is sure to continue the legend and pro success of Troy Lee Designs D3 and is the go-to for anyone seeking the very best.
The D4 Carbon helmet has a carbon fibre shell. The carbon has a spread tow construction that uses straighter fibres than standard carbon fibre. This results in a thinner laminate that reduces weight while achieving a greater rigidness, increased strength, and improved impact tolerance.
The MIPS Brain Protection System in the D4 means the Troy Lee helmet delivers ultimate protection. MIPS is a layer in the helmet that allows the head to slide relative to the helmet. This reduces any rotational movement that would affect the brain.
A collarbone suspension system improves safety by directing pressure away from the collarbone in case of any tumbles.

Bikes arrive in a flatpack state and require the Handlebars, Seat, Pedals, Accessories and adjustment by a qualified cycle mechanic for the warranty to be valid. We do offer our Ready2Ride service where we build the bike here at the shop from our mechanics, adjust everything and keep your warranty intact, all you need to do is turn the bars straight and attach the pedals and you are ready to shred! There is an additional cost due to the oversize box and you can find this as an option on the product page or contact us.
We ship worldwide and offer free shipping to Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg on orders over 300 Euro.
