Introducing the Overspray White/Red colourway, new for Spring/Summer 2026 in the Troy Lee Designs D4 Composite helmet, the latest in the legendary TLD Daytona series. This full face helmet's shell is made from an aerospace-grade fibreglass. The D4 Composite brings the same badass looks, protection, and expertise as the D4 Carbon with only a minor weight penalty.
The MIPS Brain Protection System in the D4 means the Troy Lee helmet delivers ultimate protection. MIPS is a layer in the helmet that allows the head to slide relative to the helmet. This reduces any rotational movement that would affect the brain.
A collarbone suspension system improves safety by directing pressure away from the collarbone in case of any tumbles.
As a result, The D4 has the most protective energy system Troy Lee Designs has ever given its riders. The new downhill, freeride, and BMX helmet is certified to CPSC 1203, CE EN1078, ASTM F1952 (DH), and ASTM 2032 (BMX) safety standards.

What are the delivery times?
We offer multiple shipping options for UK customers including Royal Mail Tracked 48/24 services, UPS Next Day and UPS Saturday delivery. You can find these at checkout.
For international customers shipping times may vary depending on location and the size of your order. You can get shipping prices at checkout automatically after adding your shipping address and local UK VAT is removed from your order. Do the bikes arrive pre-built or will they need to be assembled?
Bikes arrive in a flatpack state and require the Handlebars, Seat, Pedals, Accessories and adjustment by a qualified cycle mechanic for the warranty to be valid. We do offer our Ready2Ride service where we build the bike here at the shop from our mechanics, adjust everything and keep your warranty intact, all you need to do is turn the bars straight and attach the pedals and you are ready to shred! There is an additional cost due to the oversize box and you can find this as an option on the product page or contact us.

We ship worldwide and offer shipping to many countries including USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan and many many more
Shipping is calculated at checkout once you put your delivery address in, AlansBMX will contact customer about pre paying import fees and duties after your order is placed.
