We are not the first company to make a peg with a nylon sleeve, I doubt we will be the last, but we have looked at the standard alloy/nylon designs out there and made some improvements rather than following what everyone else has put out. Firstly we went for a heat treated cromoly inner peg over alloy, this was so that we could use a thinner material which saves weight, adds strength, and allows us to use a thicker, stronger and more durable nylon sleeve, without making a huge bean can peg. As for the nylon, not all nylon is the same, we went for a low friction and tough abrasion resistant material with anti fracture properties that will keep these pegs sliding longer than a lot of others. Tested by all of our team for over 10 months, and hit many times with a large hammer, they have not failed once.

What are the delivery times?
We offer multiple shipping options for UK customers including Royal Mail Tracked 48/24 services, APC Overnite and Saturday delivery. You can find these at checkout.
For international customers shipping times may vary depending on location and the size of your order but are usually 2-5 working days worldwide. You can get shipping prices at checkout including taxes and duties automatically after adding your shipping address for a total landed cost of your order. Do the bikes arrive pre-built or will they need to be assembled?
Bikes arrive in a flatpack state and require the Handlebars, Seat, Pedals, Accessories and adjustment by a qualified cycle mechanic for the warranty to be valid. We do offer our Ready2Ride service where we build the bike here at the shop from our mechanics, adjust everything and keep your warranty intact, all you need to do is turn the bars straight and attach the pedals and you are ready to shred! There is an additional cost due to the oversize box and you can find this as an option on the product page for bikes 20 inch or smaller or contact us.
