Mongoose 1982 California Special Bike with Motomag Wheels Chrome
This is a one-off total custom build, assembled here in-house in Wigan with all new parts by our expert mechanic Adam. Of course the new - now sold out - Motomag wheels take pride of place on this build. Dia-Compe brakes front and rear, iconic Kashimax Aero seat, along with a hand-picked selection of parts from Dia-Compe, Tange, MKS, etc to ensure that bike will turn heads! Looks stunning in the sun, take on rideouts or hang in your mancave.
Mongoose was such an important brand in BMX, especially here in the UK - they were the very first "real" BMX bikes we had here back in 1980 and I had a Supergoose myself back then.
PLEASE NOTE: All our old school bikes are built for collectors and cruising around on/ride outs, they ARE NOT designed for track or freestyle use. Haro's Lineage series and the GT Heritage Pro Performer bikes are the ones to go for if you plan on doing some serious BMXing. If you have any questions about this, please ask.

Mongoose Calfornia Special frame & fork. Manufactured in December 1982 in the Mongoose factory, 9621 Irondale Avenue, Chatsworth, California. Frame number: L200xxxx. Original chrome plating with new stickers. New officially-licensed BMX Products Mongoose stickers applied.
