Plastic pegs slide much faster and consistantly on more surfaces including alumnium hand rails but wear down faster on concrete and brick ledges (Replacement sleeves are available)

Alloy pegs grip more and are better suited to park riders who want to use them for stall on coping and ledges rather than sliding down rails.
